How do I adjust the lanyard?
To adjust the length of the lanyard, follow this process:
- To make it shorter: Hold a tab between your first finger and thumb on each hand, then slide both tabs apart in line with your shoulders.
- To extend: Pull one strand from the lanyard while moving the tab towards the back. Repeat the same process on the other side.
Can I change the lanyard for something else I have?

No, the Safety Smartwatch doesn’t require a smartphone. It runs on GSM which runs on multiple networks.
How do I know if my Safety Smartwatch is in a good coverage area?
There are signal strength bars at the top of the home screen. You can see the strength increase/decrease. If there is no coverage, there will be a ‘x’ above the bars; similar to what a cell phone will show.

No. You can talk to an operator using the base station only. The wearable button lets you call for help within 396.24m distance of the base station. If you can’t speak with our emergency operators, they’ll quickly send local help to your home.

Is the At-Home device portable?
No. If you’re moving more than 1200ft from the base station, the device will not function. The device is limited to 1200ft radius from the base station.
