Who is Care Call?
Priority Care Call is an Alberta company, that has been providing Medical Alarms for Seniors and younger people with health conditions or impairments since 2002. We are in nearly 2000 homes province wide, and have always placed an emphasis on the "Care" in our name.
Our Head Office is in Calgary, and our ULC Designated Call Centre is in Edmonton.

When you call our office, you will speak with a live person, and will not have to deal with an automated attendant who forces you to navigate through a confusing list of contacts. We believe in the personal touch, and handle all of our calls with patience and empathy.
We provide home visits, we don't simply mail you a box to install yourself. Whether it's an installation you need, or service for your equipment, one of our professional Care Representatives will come to your home, review the new technology being installed, test the equipment, and take the time to gather your personal information and get to know you and your needs.
The Extra Mile
Care Call will also assist our lower income clients with the paperwork and application process so they can access assistance to help pay for their service with us.
Whether it is Special Needs Assistance, Veteran's Affairs or AISH, we go above and beyond to help our clients receive the financial assistance they may need.
